Went to the rapids to play around with the camera a bit. While I was there, a guy (Paul Ress) went over the rapids and did a couple of rolls. I happened to have one of my zoom's with me. These are heavily cropped but here you go.

The first shot is a 30 second exposure. You can see his boat. It is the green streak between the rapids and the water treatment plant.

Well, the sunset was interesting and I was driving right by. This is my 'lazy' spot. Good shots without much work or thought.

Passing by the Park.

Had work in Horse Cave. Stopped by the park on the way home.

It was a on-again, off-agin, rainy day - my favorite time to shoot.

To hell with work! (Actually I had nothing scheduled for the afternoon, but to hell with work anyway!)

A slow shutter speed and tripod allowed the higher exposure on the geese, I white balanced on the white feathers.

Oh, and by the way, the two geese have a nest on the pond. They obviously aren't there now.

One for the Road

It was looking like an interesting sunrise was on its way. And well, from my house, I just don't have a good scene to shoot. So I drove down the road a bit. Not necessarily looking to stop here, just looking for an interesting scene. This was my best effort.
